PEDIATRIC PROBLEMS

There are several issues of children, where medicines may not be effective. For example, fears, tantrums, timidity, sibling rivalry, bed‐wetting, nail-biting, etc. Emotional insecurity and anxiety are often behind behavioral problems. Hypnotherapy has been found to be very effective in resolving such issues; 2 or 3 sessions may be sufficient to control the problem.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Personality development and confidence building could be a major area where hypnotherapy can work wonders. Many people with high educational qualifications and talent are not able to utilize their full potential, often because they lack the confidence and foster a feeling of inferiority or inadequacy. Hypnotherapy helps in building confidence and self-esteem, recognizing the hidden potentials and their development and goal achievement.

PHOBIA

Phobias are displaced fears and do not have any consciously of identified reason. Hypnotherapy can help to identify the root cause of the phobia and enable individuals to react to the particular object or situation they once feared in a calmer manner when encountering it in the future.

STRESS

Hypnotherapy can help address your stress and anxiety levels. With the help of a hypnotherapist, you may be able to identify the cause(s) of your stress. Or you may find it’s past experience, a situation, a physical issue or something to do with a relationship that’s the main cause.

After discovering the root of the problem, you will then agree upon a goal. This goal could include how you would like to feel and what you would like to do in life without stress holding you back. Your hypnotherapist will then work with you to achieve your goals using a variety of different techniques. Each therapist might use different techniques, but they all will work towards the same goal.

MIGRAINES AND TENSION ‐ HEAD ACHE

Migraines are characterized by recurring episodes of severe headaches, usually on one side, can spread to entire head, and lasting from 24 hours to 3 or 4 days, often followed by weakness, sometimes vomiting, and even fainting. The person may show irritability, aversion to light, sound, smell, etc. Triggers vary from stress, intense emotions of anger, grief, exposure to heat, cold, sun, etc.

There are no effective cures for migraine in modern medicine, and treatment is often symptomatic. Hypnotherapy is found to be effective in bringing lasting relief and cessation of migraine episodes and tension headaches.

Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT)

The subconscious mind holds the secrets of unexplained fears, repetitive negative experiences, and depressive feelings, which can be traced back to a life lived in another time, another place and another body, even centuries ago. Going to that life and reliving the experiences can bring permanent relief from such problems.

During a hypnotic session the patient may automatically step back into a past life experience, or can be guided by the therapist through suggestions. The mere reliving of the experience often helps to bring relief from the present life problem.

Age Regression

Memories of trauma experienced in early childhood stored in the subconscious mind can cause behavioral problems at a later age. These memories can be accessed under hypnosis by regressing back to the time when the event occurred and a cure effected by re‐scripting/reframing the experience in a positive way.
